To Airbrush, pour colour into airbrush cup.

Week of Show: Use Skin Prep & Deep Moisturiser Daily.

DIRECTIONS: Night Before contest, bathe with Skin Prep and spray on Green Away. DO NOT apply lotion or deodorant. Spray on Hi-Def and smooth evenly over body with Tanning Puff. Apply once if using Ultra 1 the next day. Apply twice if only using Hi-Def Colour.

Day Of Competition: Spray on one application of Jan Tana Ultra 1 or Hi-Def Colour. Use Deep Moisturiser on tanning puff to blend colour over problem areas and remove bikini adhesive. When backstage apply Jan Tana Glaze.

* 4 oz bottle of colour will tan for one to two competitions.

For Best Colour: The week of contest, shower with Jan Tana Skin Prep daily, pat dry and spray on Jan Tana Green Away. DO NOT apply deodorant before tanning.

DIRECTIONS: The Night Before the Contest, spray on one application of Jan Tana Hi-Def Colour for a base tan. The Morning Of Competition, spray on Ultra 1 and smooth evenly over body with tanning puff. For darker colour reapply. DO NOT rinse off until after competition. Pump up backstage and apply Jan Tana Glaze. 

To Airbrush, pour Colour into airbrush cup. Store in cool place. *Notice - Order Jan Tana Deep Moisturizer to even out colour and blend problem areas.

Week Before Contest 

Bathe with Jan Tana Skin Prep daily to Exfoliate Skin.

Night Before Contest 

Bathe with Jan Tana Skin Prep, pat dry lightly and spray on Jan Tana Green Away. 

Apply Green Away under arms to keep you fresh, since you CANNOT use deodorant.

Let Green Away dry. Generously spray ONE application of Hi-Def Colour for a Base Tan.

DO NOT APPLY ULTRA 1 UNTIL THE DAY OF CONTEST!

Morning Of Competition 

Spray On One application of Jan Tana Ultra 1 Colour.

*BODYBUILDERS & WOMEN'S PHYSIQUE CAN APPLY TWO APPLICATIONS.

Backstage

To cover tattoos and imperfections, apply Jan Tana Tattoo Cover. Then blend Hi-Def or Ultra 1 Colour around the covered area.

Apply Jan Tana Glaze to Highlight Physique. (DO NOT apply glaze over tattoo cover.)

Spray glaze in palm. Rub palms together warming glaze, then smooth over body following the contour of each muscle. Dispense glaze again for each body part. 

*Bodybuilders and Physique Women apply glaze generously. 

*Bikini, Fitness, Figure, Men's Physique and Models apply glaze sparingly.

Do Not Apply Too Much Glaze; it does not absorb into the skin like oils.

DO NOT apply any other tanning products before or after applying Jan Tana Colour. Tanning in a tanning bed is not necessary.

DO NOT use oils, pam cooking spray or any other products over your Jan Tana colour. They may contain petroleum and will make your colour run! 

DO NOT apply deodorant Before or After applying Colour. Deodorant will raise the skin's pH and turn your arm pits green.
